All orders are encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology on both your end and ours. SSL encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. In order for SSL to work, you must use an SSL-enabled browser. Learn more. Please note: email is not encrypted and is not considered a secure means of transmitting credit card information. How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping on many items we sell. However, when free shipping is not offered it is very easy to calculate your estimated shipping & handling costs - simply add the item to your shopping cart, enter your zip code and the integrated shipping calculator will return your cost. If you want to keep the item the click "Checkout Now," or you may simply click remove if you were just checking the S&H cost.

 
Do you offer combined shipping?

Yes. On qualifying purchases the discount will be automatically calculated by the shipping calculator.
 
How do I send items to multiple addresses?

If you are ordering multiple quantities of the same item and wish to send them to different addresses, make sure to add each item to your cart separately. You will be able to specify the different addresses on the Shipping page in Checkout.

 
Can I purchase items for delivery outside of the U.S.?

How do I know when my item shipped?

Once you have successfully completed the checkout process, our system will generate an order number for your purchase. Then you may login to your account at anytime to view any updates to your order such as retrieving the tracking number associated with it.

 
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments from all major credit cards, eChecks and cash. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover directly through our payment processing system. You may also pay using your American Express via Google Checkout or PayPal. You may pay with an eCheck through PayPal as well. And finally you can also now pay with cash (please visit PaidByCash.com for more details). The following payments types are not accepted: Personal check, BidPay, wire transfers or any other type of like payments. Am I going to be charged sales tax?

We are legally required to collect sales tax in the state of Colorado. The current rate is 6.85%.
 
Why did you tax the shipping?

Since the shipping charge is composed of both shipping and handling, many states deem this to be a taxable service. In those states, we are legally required to collect sales tax on this charge.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase upon arrival, please notify us immediately and we will attempt to correct the situation.

Internet Explorer 6 or higher:

If this is not the case, click on the small black down triangle next to the Zone line and select it from the drop down list that appears. The section at the bottom of the box will be entitled "Internet Zone". You will see four levels of security options. To use this site properly, "Medium" must be selected as the security level. You can do this by clicking in the radio button (small white circle) to the left. A black dot will appear in the middle of the radio button. Once you have checked that the correct security level is selected, click "OK" to close and exit the Internet Options menu.
