Orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone, e-mail or mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order.
Estimated shipping times are provided on our website on the individual product listings. For example "usually ships in 1-2 business days", "3-5 business days", "5-7 business days". The number of days the order takes to reach you depends upon the shipping method you chose and your location. For example, if you chose an item with an availability of "1-2 business days" and you choose a shipping method of "2 Day Air", your order will reach you in 3 or 4 business days. Ground Shipping can take between 3 and 10 days, depending on what part of the country you are shipping to (East Coast is typically the shortest, West Coast takes the longest). "Business days" do not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Some items may list a stock status of "temporarily out of stock". This means we are waiting for our next shipment from the manufacturer. We receive daily shipments from our various distributors; pre-ordering this item will automatically prioritize your order once we receive this item. |

Go Get It Global only collects sales tax on orders being shipped to an address within the state of Colorado. Sales tax is calculated to be the same as our customer in Colorado pay, 6.85%. There is no tax collected for orders shipped outside of the state of Colorado.

Products are warranted solely by the manufacturer. The complete warranty is included with the product and is subject to the conditions set forth by the manufacturer. Go Get It Global offers an exclusive 30-day exchange/refund policy to mail order and web customers only, except for the following products: customized merchandise (clearly stated in the product description).
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days, subject to a Return Authorization from Go Get It Global (see exceptions above). Keep your purchase, accessories and all packing materials in new condition to avoid any restocking fees. For an RA (Return Authorization) number, call Customer Service at (303) 952-0142. Please note that an RA # does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. All exchanged/ returned merchandise must be in original factory carton, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Go Get It Global only sells brand new items. Apple is no exception to this rule. We strive to offer some of the most competitive prices for our iPods. Your iPod is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. In the event that a return must be made, a restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all returned Apple Products.
Bass Industries Policies
If you are ever unhappy with a purchase from Go Get It Global for a Bass Industries product, simply email us at returns@gogetitglobal.com to request a return authorization number within 30 days of receiving your purchase. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for return shipment. Please insure the order for the full amount of your purchase. We cannot accept returns for any custom items, special orders, personalized items, or items with custom finish or features. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Cancellations:
There will be a 2.5% fee on all cancelled orders. In addition to the 2.5% after 48 hours of order placement, you may either be subject to a 25% restocking fee or be charged in full if order is completed. Cancellations are not allowed on any items that are considered “custom”.

When you click on an "Add To Cart" button, it places that item in your shopping cart. It will remain there for approximately 50 days until you either purchase it or delete it. If you add it to your “wish list” it will remain there for 120 days. You will be required to login to use the wish list function. If you are a Registered User, and have logged-in prior to placing an item in your shopping cart, it will remain there until you purchase or delete it, and you can access your saved shopping cart from another computer (for example, at work). In all other scenarios, the rebate coupons will be honored by the manufacturer that issues them. Rebates can be classified as Simple and Complex. A Simple rebate would be "buy item A and get $xx amount mailed back to you if you complete and mail in our coupon". We are usually the first to receive new items when they are released by the manufacturers. We will put the information about a product on our website as soon as we receive it. When you order an item that has not been released yet, the order button will say "PRE-ORDER". Pre-orders will be filled in the order in which they are received once we receive the merchandise.
